It is our intention to grow our Yoga community by creating spaces to take the Practice off the mat and into the world. Coming together as individuals looking inward and to breath.

Yoga Blend was created in 2005 with the intention of creating a community studio in a big city.  The need for this small town feel was so great that in 2007 we had to move to a bigger space to accommodate our growing family! The teachers and staff of Yoga Blend have always been dedicated to emulating the one-on-one relationships of traditional yoga in a group setting. Not only are we passionate about all styles, levels, expressions and traditions of Yoga, but we love knowing our students and their families by name and continuing to cultivate a sacred space in all we do. At Yoga Blend you will find a full class schedule, amazing workshops, retreats and teacher trainings as well as joy, peace and laughter (lots of laughter). It is a place to sweat, a place to relax, a place to heal and a place to call om.
