Greg was introduced to yoga and kirtan in 2006 and was instantly drawn to the love and commUnity it offers.

Being a musician since age 5, within months of his introduction, he found himself providing drums and percussion for such artists as Dave Stringer, Girish, Daniel Stewart, Joey Lugassy, and more. After experiencing the first Bhakti Fest of 2009, he decided to start leading his own kirtan and share the love that he continues to experience.

With many influences in the kirtan community, Greg offers his own style of Western kirtan that is sure to open your heart and fill you with joy.

Greg also leads the outdoor excursions for Yogis & Friends.

LB (Lisa Beth) is a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher, teaching in the Tantric-Hatha tradition of Sri Vidya. Having taught Yoga since 2000, LB’s mission is to expand the “sangha” (community) of empowered, successful individuals practicing Yoga, whether in Orange County or any magnificent location the Universe has to offer.

LB holds a B.A. in Literature from University of California, Santa Barbara and completed graduate work in Environmental Science. Her first yoga and bodywork certifications were acquired in Orange County and Thailand. She is currently completing her 1000 hour Master Teacher certification with Yoga Rupa Rod Stryker.

As Co-Founder and owner of “Yogis and Friends”, LB offers group and private Yoga and Meditation instruction, four yearly retreats, and a mentorship program for new teachers. Her dedication to seva (service) is part of LB’s daily yoga practice.
